and will be sharing her talents at Wade's Mill once again. She will
prepare a Vegetable Quiche and two of her favorite recipes using summer fruits.
After the class, everyone will have lunch together which will include soup,
salad, bread and the yummy desserts she has created.

George is planning an exceptional evening for the final summer event at Wade's
Mill. There will be an elegant candle-lit dinner in the garden that George
will teach us to prepare before we dine with the chef. As always the food
will be paired with the wines of Shep Rouse, the able vintner and owner of
Rockbridge Vineyard. Shep will join us to talk about the wines.
